- A full range of design works was completed in accordance with DBN A.2.2-3-2014.
- We passed the EIA procedure and the state examination of the project documentation.
- The necessary technological equipment was manufactured from stainless steel, which was developed by our own design department.
- An automatic control system with the necessary software was developed and manufactured.
- Supervision of installation of the equipment and control system was completed.
- Commissioning is currently underway.

The capacity of the bio-glue production plant is 30,000 tons per year.
The main components of bio-glue are vegetable protein (wheat, corn, rapeseed, peas, soybeans), water, glycerin.
This plant will contribute to the implementation of EU Regulation 2023/1464, which comes into force on 06.08.2026. This regulation tightens the requirements for formaldehyde content in adhesive mixtures for MDF and HDF board manufacturers and the woodworking industry.

The plant is scheduled to be launched in June-July 2025.
