Techinservice Manufacturing Group has a long-standing close cooperation with Skidel Sugar Mill in the direction of modernization of the plant in order to increase its capacity up to 10 ths. tons of beet per day.

For this purpose in recent years a comprehensive modernization and automation has been carried out:

- 2 pcs. of lime kilns and the whole limestone house;

- sextuple evaporating station including three direct-flow falling film evaporators produced by Techinservice MG;

- 1st carbonation juice filters on the base of seven TF-120 filters produced by Techinservice MG;

- whole sugar end with the use of magma seed for all three products, including three ТВА-75 vacuum pans produced by Techinservice MG for boiling the 2nd product;

- crystallizing house consisting of four vertical crystallizers with a total capacity of 600 m³ of massecuite.

All newly installed equipment operates under the closed-proprietary automatic control system named SimpleSug developed by the Automation Engineering Department of Techinservice Intelligence.
