Techinservice Manufacturing Group has launched a sextuple-effect evaporator at Skidel Sugar Mill. The direct-flow falling film evaporator was implemented in the 5th case.

At the moment direct-flow microfilm evaporators are implemented in the 3rd, 4th and 5th cases. All evaporators were produced by Techinservice MG.

Due to the new heat scheme, solid matters from the evaporator station make no more than 64%.

Sugar of the 2nd and 3rd products melted by syrup is fed to the vacuum pans. Due to this, syrup with a solid matter content of up to 70-72% is obtained at the vacuum pan of the 1st product.
