Techinservice Manufacturing Group won the tender for the reconstruction of the sugar mill in Guelma in order to double its production capacity.

The owners of the factory, the Algerian company named Sorasucre, chose Techinservice as a supplier of the equipment after successful supply of ТВА vacuum units to the sugar factory in Mostaganem as well as high-quality design, supply and installation of the equipment for the construction of an ultra-modern La Belle Sugar Factory in Algeria.

To date, the supply and installation of five ТВА vacuum units, two ТВП evaporators, raw sugar melting station, units of juice purification station and UMT massecuite receiving mixers have been fully completed.

The modular concept of the vacuum unit design once more confirmed its advantage and usefulness when installed at the operating plant.

It should be noted that Techinservice carried out the installation of all the equipment supplied to the factory to increase its capacity by 2 times.

Currently the SimpleSug® automatic control system developed by Techinservice Intelligence, which enables the Customer to continuously control the production process and exclude the influence of the human factor on the quality of the finished product, is under installation.

Commissioning is scheduled for this autumn.
