At "Karpatnaftokhim" (Ukraine, Kalush), the start-up and commissioning works of a pilot plant for the production of propylene oxide using the HPPOa technology, license by Techinservice, have been successfully completed. Currently, design work is underway for the construction of a simple polyol plant with a capacity of 2000 tons per year.
The company plans to build a plant for the production of propylene oxide and polyols with a capacity of 130 thousand tons.
