Propylene oxide production unit for Karpatnaftochim LLC.

The production capacity of the finished product is 2700 tonnes per year.

The production is carried out by epoxidation of propylene with hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution of acetonitrile with a catalyst.

Raw materials: propylene and hydrogen peroxide.

Technicservice has received a utility model patent (No. u 2018 11110) and an invention (No. a 2018 11109) for a method of producing propylene oxide using its own catalyst and acetonitrile as a solvent (the technology is called HPPOa).

Techinservice has successfully conducted industrial tests of its own method of producing propylene oxide using this technology HPPOa.
