Techinservice company has completed successfully the construction of the largest sawmill plant in Ukraine (Korosten town).

Production capacity of this factory is 1.250 million cubic meters of wood per year.

After diameter classification roundwood is stacked at an open storage. Then wheeled mobile material handler delivers roundwood to the sawmill. End products are planks or timbers at a given size. They leave the sawmill sorted and palletized. Produced wood is all ready for the later processing in the drying section. Non-standardized wood trimmings are smashed into wood chippings in the special units of the sawmill. These wood chippings can be sold to the end-consumer or utilized as a solid fuel for the boiler station of the factory. Chips and dust from woodsawing are utilized as a feedstock for the production of pellet fuels.

Wood sorting and barking are done automatically by the preset program. The bark taken off wood is transported to the open storage and then it is utilized as a solid fuel in the water boiler.
