With the professional support of Techinservice, the 2nd stage of the comprehensive automation of the centralized building management and monitoring system of the DeNovo Data Processing Center, the largest commercial data processing center in the country, has been completed.

The building management system of the DeNovo Data Processing Center implemented by Techinservice in close cooperation with the staff of ACSTP Department of the DeNovo Data Processing Center, ensures the fulfilment of the following functions:
•  collection of data from sensors reporting process parameters under control;
• rapid exchange of information with autonomous local control systems for monitoring equipment and technological processes of DPC;
•    processing and displaying the received data;
•  graphical representation of the technological process status and the state of the main equipment as well as received and archived information in a human-readable form;
• creation of emergency archives with the recording of information in the archive from the moment of malfunction occurrence (in the automatic mode in case of actuation of the corresponding settings);
•    registration of events related to the technological process under control and actions of staff responsible for the operation and maintenance of the system;
•  alerting maintenance and service staff about found emergencies related to the technological process under control and performance of the software and hardware of the data processing center with logging of staff actions in the case of emergency;
•  generation of summaries and other report documents on the basis of the archived information;
•    providing recommendations to the operator on management both in emergency and routine switching modes; Interactive advisor that helps the operator to take proper decisions in emergency
•    change of tasks (boundaries) for local control systems by a power engineer on duty and a mechanical engineer on duty of the data processing center;

•  power supply billing of the enterprise: maintenance of the database and billing system for electrical energy consumption and energy resources, multi-level pricing and preparation of invoices for payment;
•  audit of power supply and power consumption systems, heat and refrigeration supply systems, calculation of indicators for the use of resources.

A distinctive feature of the implementation of the building management system by Techinservice Manufacturing Group is a modularity of the system, which makes it possible to scale the system with little effort, to replace the failed equipment as soon as possible as well as to contribute to the easy training of maintenance staff.
