Bioethanol production using TEEU™ technology

Techinservice has developed and offers TEEU™ technology (Techinservice Exclusive Energy Using™) which provides a fully autonomous plant without external supply of electricity and energy carriers for generating thermal energy (steam).

The BRU (brago-rectification unit) consists of one column of combined composition (plate/regular nozzle). According to the patented TEEU™ technology, a compressor is used to condense the phlegm in the column reboiler. The variable pressure molecular adsorption (PSA) is powered in the gas phase by a phlegm compressor, the PSA consists of two adsorption reactors. The dried alcohol is condensed in recuperative condensers.
