The project provides for the use of propylene epoxidation technology with hydrogen peroxide, developed and patented by Technservice Group LLC. This technology is environmentally friendly. A feature of the technology is the use of acetonitrile as a solvent and the use of TS-1 catalyst for the epoxidation process. The development of technology, design, manufacture of equipment and construction of a propylene oxide production unit (hereinafter referred to as the Unit) was carried out on a turnkey basis by Techinservice during 2018-2020.

Development of design documentation for the "Project" stage for the construction of a plant, warehouses for raw materials and finished products, including the collection of initial data took 6 months; Examination of the project (class of consequences CC3) - 2 months; Development of working documentation for the construction of a plant, warehouses for raw materials and finished products, including detailing and assembly drawings - 12 months.

Construction and installation work on the propylene oxide production unit was completed in March 2020. 03/10/2020 - The State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine issued a certificate confirming the readiness of the facility for operation.
