Techinservice Manufacturing Group has begun the construction of a shop for the production and storage of urea formaldehyde resin (UF-resin) and melamine UF-resin for Korosten MDF Manufactory.

The design works were carried out by own Design Engineering Department of the Manufacturing Group. Processing equipment and metal structures of the shop are produced at Grebenky Machine Building Plant (GMZ) which is a part of the Manufacturing Group.

Start-up and commissioning works will begin in August, 2015. The total time of project implementation is 11 months.

The shop capacity will be 150 t/day.

Technological process at the new plant will be fully automated. Works on automation are carried out by the department of Techinservice – Techinservice Intelligence.

Production processes in the new house will be brought in line with the modern world standards for environmental protection and industrial safety.

"The project underwent a comprehensive environmental impact assessment and complies with the requirements of the current norms and standards not only in Ukraine, but also in the European Union," Igor Shchutskiy, General Director of Techinservice Manufacturing Group, said.
