Alcohol / Вioethanol industry

Alcohol / Вioethanol industry

Ukraine's alcohol industry has long had a high level of quality. The alcohol produced has traditionally been in great demand among all neighbours, and Ukrainian distillers have a considerable positive experience in producing this product. For a long time, the alcohol produced in Ukraine of the Wheat Tear standard has been considered the benchmark for product quality.

Techinservice supports and continues the glorious traditions of Ukrainian engineering in the alcohol industry. The alcohol produced by the unique OWERTech™ technology significantly exceeds all known analogues, including "Pshenychna Sllyra", in terms of quality. It is characterised by a complete absence of impurities.

Specification of alcohol

The project implemented in the Republic of Bulgaria in Gorna Oryahovitsa has been the undisputed leader in quality in the Balkan region for several years and produces a product that has long queues in southern Europe.

But alcohol is not only a food product, but also a source of energy for modern cars from renewable raw materials. The first internal combustion engines were powered by alcohol. Techinservice also implements projects that help to use bioethanol as a fuel.

Since 2008, Techinservice has implemented a large-scale bioethanol production project in Ukraine (відео). This allowed Ukraine to start selling E35 fuel at many petrol stations.

The production of bioethanol is additionally attractive due to the possibility of further deeper processing with added value.

The current state of the energy market (cost and access to gas) requires the production of bioethanol using new technologies with greater energy efficiency. Techinservice has developed and offers the TEEU™ (Тechinservice exclusive energy using™) technology, which provides a fully autonomous plant without external power and energy supply for generating heat (steam). Moreover, the plant produces electricity or green methane for sale. This provides unique parameters of energy consumption per unit of production.

But bioethanol is not the last product in the technological chain. It can be a raw material for the production of such modern and high-margin products as acetal and ethyl acetate. Techinservice has these technologies and can offer the customer a multi-stage project for the construction, development and formation of an enterprise with highly efficient economic performance.

We can also offer a concept for the reconstruction and development of existing enterprises to improve technical and economic performance.

Unique, efficient and modern technologies in the field of ethanol production.

Many years of experience in the modernisation and construction of alcohol and bioethanol plants allows Techinservice to offer its customers the most effective and comprehensive solutions to improve the efficiency of alcohol and bioethanol production.

Techinservice PG manufactures both standard and non-standard equipment for the production of alcohol and bioethanol both according to the documentation developed by our highly qualified engineers on the basis of the customer's technical specifications and the customer's design documentation.

Techinservice Production Group also offers services for the installation, commissioning and automation of all types of equipment for alcohol/bioethanol plants according to customer specifications.

A special feature of Techinservice is that all technological equipment is created on the "One-Stop-Shop" principle, or in other words, "everything from one source". This is achieved through the availability of unique patented developments, our own machine-building plant (GMZ), as well as highly qualified design, heat and power, software and control systems departments, which in synergy guarantee high quality, reliability and durability of the supplied equipment.
